Will my AutoPay (direct debits) continue as normal?

Yes. We’ll move your existing scheduled AutoPay payments to our new system during the transition.To set up a new AutoPay after 17 March 2025, you’ll need to complete a Direct Debit Request form until this feature returns to our online self-service channels.

How will I receive my statements?
